Fifi Foiegras

I am a fitness and wellness instructor, proudly over 50, dedicated to showing women that their magic does not fade after menopause. I teach them how to continue embracing pleasure, feeling sexy, and being desirable. I also challenge the notion that the sacred and the profane must be separate — women can be goddesses and embrace their sexuality without any shame or negative connotations.
I have been involved in the London fetish scene for many years and remain connected to it today, albeit occasionally. I also organise retreats for women of all ages, where I guide them in connecting with the Infinite Feminine Energy.
My motto is: “The passing of the years happens to everyone, but getting old is a choice.”
