Shy Girl UK

As the UK’s only agency specialising in faceless webcam modelling, we have dedicated ourselves to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space where women can build confidence, financial independence, and freedom on their own terms. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of women across the UK and beyond enter the industry in a way that feels comfortable, professional, and empowering to them.

We are proud to have become a recognised and respected name within the industry, known for breaking down stigma, creating opportunities, and demonstrating that glamour and confidence come in many different forms. Our unique approach has opened doors for women who may never have previously considered this industry accessible to them.

The UK Glamour Awards 2026 celebrates confidence, creativity, beauty, and influence — values we passionately embody through our commitment to empowering women and fostering a modern, forward-thinking space within the industry.

More than just an agency, we have built a truly supportive, empowering community around our models. We genuinely care about helping women grow in confidence, improve their financial freedom, and feel supported every step of the way. From training and coaching to mindset support, incentives, and community calls, we strive to create an environment where our models feel motivated, valued, and never alone on their journey.
