Uk Glamour Awards Make History

On Thursday 14th September, an evening of history was made in the evolution of British glamour. The UK Glamour awards not only pulled off the event of the year but also created an alliance with many industry producers, brands and models. The awards aimed to create a celebration of women and female empowerment. It’s a brand that showcases beauty and glamour and proves that the definition of that comes in all shapes and sizes, but also, it’s a brand that creates opportunities for women and gives them a platform to make their voices heard.

The doors opened at 7pm and welcomed a diverse crowd of starlets and entrepreneurs, all eager to party the night away at The UK Glamour Awards final’s at Spearmint Rhino on Tottenham Court Road. Not long after our fleet of supercars, Lambo’s and a stunning purple metallic TVR arrived to add a little sparkle to the evening. A sea of cameras flashed and a flurry of revellers streamed live feeds across the internet as stunning models clad in all kinds of exquisite costumes posed against the sleek lines of the super cars. Meanwhile, Celebs Go Dating beauty Izzy Beaumont posed with X Factor star Danny Lambo. Izzy certainly showed Danny who was boss as she brandished a leather whip and showed him that women love to be on top!

Whilst the carnage ensued on Tottenham Court Road and stunned by passers, inside the foyer of the venue glitz and glamour was exuded from every corner of the room. Stunning models dripped in diamonds and jewels and wore a bedazzling range of silks, lace, beaded gowns, flowing nets and frills and red carpet dresses. Stiletto heels sparkled and shimmered, glossy hair was primped and teased and pouting glossy lips showed dazzling white teeth as the beauty queens smiled and laughed for the cameras. The addition of The UK Party booth brought a wonderful element of fun to the red carpet. The owners of the booth brought boxfuls of fun props for the girls to experiment with and judging by the laughter and the long queues for the booth, it was extremely popular and certainly made the night go with a bang!

Later on in the evening once everyone had ample chance to network, sip a glass of champagne and pose for photo’s, hosts Danny Lambo, Tracy Kiss and Kaz B took to the stage to welcome the crowd and reveal the finalists in the 12 categories. A glitz of sequins and smiles shone from the stage as the official Judges looked on and made their decisions. On the panel was Celeb Izzy Beaumont, Actor Sen Monroe, Adult star Lou Lou Petite, Niz Uddin, CBB’s Chelsea Singh, and Daily Sport owner Grant Miller.

There were shrieks of joy as the winners were announced and were presented with star shaped glass trophies engraved with the winning category. You can see a full list of winners at the bottom of this article.

Between announcements the stage was awash with performances from a scantily clad fire breather dripping in diamantes and rapper XOman took to the stage to belt out one of his insane raps, which had the crowd feeling exuberant and in high spirits. Model Victoria Birkin joined XO man and they recreated the sexy antics of Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke at the MTV awards as they twerked and grinded against the pole during the performance. Tottenham Court Road has never seen such a sexy duo!

The evening culminated in a climax as the final category winner was announced and spearmint Rhino owner Jeremy Nargi revealed the winner of the Adult Genie Webcam performer of the year award! The stunning Amy Wynters took the crown for this highly coveted award and looked an absolute dream onstage as she collected her award.

The sound of champagne corks popping filled the air, courtesy of sponsors Belaire Champagne who very generously supplied 40 bottles of their finest champagne.
